Refund & Exchange Policy

At Baby Jones Ltd, each piece is carefully selected to reflect our traditional, heirloom style. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if the item does not fit your child.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.  
• If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal value.  
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us first. We will provide the return address and further instructions.

Items must be:

• Tried on carefully only  
• Unworn  
• Unwashed  
• In original condition with tags attached

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Items returned with marks, stains, odours or any signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange.

Items returned in a condition that prevents resale will be returned to the customer.
